Arian Askarian was a great employee to work with. He was friendly and honestly concerned about the integrity of my vehicle. He notified me about the deal that the dealership had on tires 3 for 4. He notified me about the fact that even though I was there just to replace a couple of tires that my front brake pads were in the yellow and needed to be replaced at my next scheduled maintenance mileage but that since I was there at the dealership it might be a good idea to have that done while the car was being brought in. The car was washed and detailed and parked in the front of the dealership waiting for me when I went to
pick it up. At the dealership he gave me his card and told me to call him if any problems arise and that I could calll in for a car wash on Saturday’s if I wanted to. Excellent customer experience.
