Sidino never ceases to amaze me with his outstanding and welcoming service. I have never had anyone in a service position follow up as he promises, the way he does. I was a bit let down although specifying the appointment was about my brakes, that the attendee assumed just routine oil change.
Paired with dropping the car off at 7:15 and not being done by 4:30, there appears to be a scheduling issue.
In addition there appears to be a mismatch between prepaid maintance contracts and the Volvo website on coverage.
