I didn't realize there was a carplay retrofit available for my vehicle, this is the first significant feature add I have ever received from the manufacturer for any vehicle I have ever owned.
I can honestly say bringing my vehicle in for a scheduled service and driving out same day with a significant upgrade that I didn't even know was possible, is the best service experience I have ever had.
