I was disappointed that it took about 2 & 1/2 weeks to have my car repaired. But, Lucas was wonderful, the loaner was great. My one recommendation: contact the car owner with updates. The weekends would come & I heard nothing about the status of my car.

My car was never brought through the car wash after my oil change and I was told it would be washed. Also there was some brown stuff stuck near the driver's side of my door that wasn't there when I brought my car in.

I never received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had to come to the dealership right before close, in which I discovered my vehicle was sitting in the lot ready to be picked up all along. I called the dealership at 3:15 and 4:45 asking for an update on my service and I was told someone would call me back with an update and I never heard back from either call. I was told my service advisor that checked me in left for the day.
Additionally, the oil life was not reset on my vehicle after my oil was changed, I did that myself no problem at all.
Note that I've used rapids Honda for my service before and definitely will continue to do so, however it was just a bit off today all around. My first negative experience compared to many positive experiences. Keep up the good work!

I had my tires rotated and within five minutes of leaving the dealership the tire pressures low warning displayed. The paperwork stated the tires were inflated to 35 PSI. When I stopped on my way home the tires were at 27 PSI. I inflated them to 35 but the tire pressures low warning is still on.

It was recommended that I spent ~$400 to replace the cabin air filter and engine filter. I asked how frequently they should be replaced and was told every $20k miles. I just bought the the car from you in July of this year and was told those services were done then before it was purchased. Now I’m questioning if that was done or if I’m being asked to do services that really aren’t necessary. I’m super disappointed with this dealership. I don’t trust the service department if I’m being recommended to do work that isn’t necessary. They looked up the records and it notes the filters were replaced in July 2023, less than 3000 miles ago.
