I dropped my SUV off and waiting on the service department area for 11 minutes before anybody acknowledged I was there. Yes, they were busy, looking for a stapler. Someone could have said hello, I’ll be with you soon. This is not the first time. I get free car wash’s from Honda and I choose to pay 20$ a month to go somewhere that appreciates customer service. Every time I come to rapids Honda I have this problem even if I’m just getting a car wash. I also purchased 4 oil changes on sale the day after thanksgiving last year. A few week later I sold that car to you and bought a brand new one. At the time of the sale I was told they would transfer to my new SUV. Well apparently they didn’t. I talked to the salesman today and he said he would let me keep two of them. I was told all four would transfer and now he’s telling me only two. I’m confused on why your team only let two transfer.

I was satisfied... just not COMPLETELY. There was a time when the service rep would return to the customer the part that was replaced and explain the failure. Also, they would go through the entire invoice to explain what service had been done... and sometimes make recommendations. I'm sure Chad followed your protocol but we prefer the "old" way of doing business.

U are never greeted when u first get there. U can stand in line wait while sometimes service men are talking to each other before they address the customer. I had appt at 2:45 for an Oil change and tire rotation and it took over a hour and a half. And I had to check to see if my CRV was done they didn’t come get me, which it was.
