We drive two hours to come to Rapids Honda. So yes that’s 4 hours total! Michael was shocked we’d be waiting at the dealer for a possible 4 hour diamond butler service. To be honest these trips are not my favorite by any means!!!! Michael was so very kind and made us a priority and got us out in two hours! I can’t thank Michael enough for his top notch customer service!!! If you’ve been in the business world you should know the saying “give them the pickle”! If not try and find the video and share it with your employees. Michael knows the business world and giving the pickle. Micheal is a FIVE star employee!!!

Drew was very courteous and helpful today. He did a great job. The two things that made me not completely satisfied was the drivers that move the vehicles. My seat is all the way back as far as it will go. When I tried to get in it was not. If there was a way to note a general seat location in vehicles that come in would be a great touch.
And I am not sure why the air would be set to the lowest possible setting and the fan set to hi when I got in. I left it at 70 and the system on auto when I dropped it off. Those are the only things that made this service experience not completely satisfied. Thanks for asking and receiving my feedback. Have a great day today.

Came in to check rust on a 2 year vehicle and found out it’s not looked at here. That’s at another dealership. Called twice before this appointment and no ever said I needed to go elsewhere. Very annoying. Won’t be coming back here.

I do not want a follow up call. Drew barely said anything to me upon my arrival or departure. All communication was done via text. He didn’t get off his **** to divide any updates or let me know when service was done. Any words said were merely relating to the transaction. He was less than helpful when it came to finding discounts on a nearly $400 routine service. Please be personal, instead of sitting around chatting it up with co-workers, spend your time helping find discounts as asked. I shouldn’t have to work harder than you, especially if you are as you said “about the customer saving money.”
This next bit of feedback is for someone much higher than Drew. I am beginning to get jaded with the dealership. There were 6 customer-facing service people sitting around who all were not busy, and then the service person had to check if they could honor a competitor coupon. How about you have fewer customer-facing service reps and lower your prices on the services so you are more competitive. Please don’t try to sell me saying that competitors don’t use Honda Oil or Filters…that’s a BS argument as they all are about the same. Timing is so important and reading customers is even more crucial. I also was peeved that I received a call approximately 2 minutes after I left the dealership asking if I wanted to sell my car back to the dealership I just came from! This made me think something was wrong with my service or there was a mess up, but no, it was trying to get more money than I already spent. Be conscientious…yes the market is hard, but doing stuff like this makes the dealership seem greedy and not customer centered.
