I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I retrieved my car, the driver’s seat, the side mirrors and steering wheel had all been moved/adjusted. I think this is extremely unnecessary considering the car needs only be moved a few hundred yards for service.

Thinking about the video you showed us...we didn't see a time stamp on it, it, nor did we see anyone making videos prior to driving the cars out of the drop off lane when we’re were there either time. It just makes it appear the scratch happened on your watch rather than prior.
