From the time I checked in with Matt until my car was finished with service work being done everything was excellent. I was very satisfied with my visit to Rapid Honda. I was in town from Detroit visiting my daughter for Thanksgiving. I needed a have the car serviced before returning to Detroit on Saturday. Thank you for the great service.

I had an appointment at 7:15 am this morning for recall work. I dropped the car off the night before to make sure it was ready to go for them this morning. I got a text at 7:45 saying I had missed my appointment. I called and asked them if they checked the overnight key drop off. They then discovered my vehicle was there. They asked me when I needed it done by. I told them ASAP as that was the reason I had a 7:15 am appointment booked. They told me they would get started on it right away.
I went to check on the car at 10 am as I was told it would be a 2 hour fix. That's when I was told it hadn't even been started yet.
For Drew in particular, he told me that he "understood my frustration" and also repeated that it wasn't him who booked my appointment. I asked for a manager and he told me that the service manager hasn't been in all day. I asked to see a different manager and he told me all of them wouldn't be in until noon. That was a lie and I called later in the afternoon and was told the service manager had been in all day. On that phone call, I also asked for a return phone call from the manager and I never received one.
Overall it was the worst customer service I had ever received. There were no solutions offered. Lies were told. I have no desire to come back to the service department or even consider Rapids Honda for anything. Once we purchase the vehicle after the lease is up, we are done.
