They tried charge me out of pocket and one of costumer service representative told me he will take care of it, but I was informed a week ago I have two free oil change and free tire rotations plus free auto buttler, and something they call diamond fusion, so and I ask the customer representative twice that I will not pay any money out of pocket today for all the services, his name is Xiong then after the service they ask me to pay 169 or 179 am not sure, so am I supposed to pay, I refused and didn’t pay because they told me I have two free oil change tire rotation and auto buttler. since I bought my car and during my appointment too for the service.
