During my first visit, I was informed to pull up to the garage doors and activate my hazard lights for my complimentary car wash, which worked well. However, during my recent oil change, I was unsure how to signal for service. The doors didn’t open when I pulled up, and I hesitated to turn on my flashers since I wasn’t there for a car wash. I ended up walking inside, where I noticed several staff members observing without offering assistance. I suggest placing a sign outside to clarify the door operation and encouraging staff to greet customers entering the service area. These small changes could greatly enhance the customer experience. Overall, I was pleased with my oil change and appreciate the quality of service. Thank you for considering my suggestions.
