I know you guys maybe wondering why I can’t just go to Ford dealer across the street, well I was there for complete maintenance service, but they intentionally decide not to do a tire rotation. So, I told them they lost my business with them and Rapid Honda got my business.

This is the second time in a row that my intentions were frustrated by Chad. The first time, an appointment set up by Shane for double service resulted in incomplete service from Chad’s mishandling of the split which causes consequences to scheduling today. This time, something that I had already worked out with another service advisor was arbitrarily frustrated by Chad which impacted my schedule today. The two lessons I learned from this experience are that I should wait for the same service advisor that I make an appointment with to ensure continuity of care and something else.
