The results of the inspection were not clearly communicated. I had red items but they were not explained. The maintenance indicators were also not reset so I left unclear about what was actually done. It took a callback to work it out. I recommend to clearly communicate in the future and reset the indicators when work is completed.

It appears that the dealership has invented ways to deny warranty responsibility. If an electrical fan breaks in the warranty period, it should be covered by Honda, investigation, parts and labor. The "outside forces argument" is disingenuous.
