Drew could have reset the tire pressure calibration himself and showed me how to do it. Instead he must have given the car to the mechanics and I waited at least 30 minutes.
Also, I asked him to demonstrate how to open the key fob to replace the battery. He said it was easy snd then had to ask a mechanic how to do it when he couldn't. It would have been nice if he admitted it was harder than he thought.
