There was a little discrepancy regarding the brakes on my Honda. I had new brakes installed just 12,000 miles ago so I’m confused that I need new brakes. The box was checked on the inspection sheet that the brakes weren’t looked at on this visit so I don’t understand why I was told that I need new brakes.

Car was returned dirty, did not get any complimentary car wash or vacuuming. The driver side was filled with slushy snow from boots, they did not care to put the mats in before working on the vehicle.

This was not Drew‘s fault but when we originally scheduled an appointment to drop it off, we said we needed a rental car and we’re told to come closer to 9 AM because sometimes they aren’t ready at 7 AM when service opens. We arrived around 9 AM and they said they were out of rental cars for the day so me and my wife both wasted time driving over and back and going to work late which was frustrating for our first experience w Rapids Honda.
