Attempted to schedule recall appointment for weeks/months. Recall was in October, and I had to call to be added to the list to be scheduled. I never got a call back and was told “only the Rapids Honda recall specialist can schedule those appointments”. I called a minimum of 3 times over the course of several weeks and left voicemails. Not once did I hear back from the recall scheduler. Finally, I went to the dealership in person and someone in service easily scheduled the appointment for the next week.
When I received the loaner car for the day since it was a longer appointment, it was very dirty in the back, needing to simply be vacuumed. It also had the sale information paper covering the entire back seat driver side window, creating a huge blind spot so I could not see to change lanes to the left. I have been pretty unimpressed by the service department at rapids Honda and will be taking the car to Duluth for service when needed.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After 90 min I went to the service counter to see why an oil change was taking more than 30 min. Service dept advised me they had to order in my oil filter and go pick it up. I feel that should be standard procedure to go advise the customer that there will be longer than expected wait time and the reason for it. Room for improvement.
