The advisor was awesome however After I left theres been a rattling noise coming from under the right side of the passenger front. Not sure if theres something got caught under the engine cover/liner but something is sliding around that I can hear. would like to bring back in. Not saying it was due to a technician, but something sounds very loose

It started with allowing a customer to book an appointment online for a recall repair. When I arrived for the appointment I was informed they don't have the parts for the recall and "nowhere does" until Honda provides them. I can understand that, but then don't have it as an option on the website. I explained that I've had a check engine light on for several weeks and when I took it to AutoZone for diagnosis the most likely reason was a bad fuel pump, which I why I booked the appointment. The advisor explained they haven't actually seen a bad fuel pump yet and it was safe to drive my car. He said they could do their own diagnosis for a cost of course and see if there was another cause for the light. I left it there to be diagnosed. They found a torn PCV hose which they had to order the part to replace. I agreed to leave my car overnight if it could be done by 3:30pm the next day. The following day I heard nothing from them. I texted at 3pm, no response. I called 4 more times between 3pm and 6pm. First time, left a voicemail for a different advisor as I was told Mikey was off. Never called back, so I called again 30 minutes later. Was on hold for 13 minutes and finally connected with an advisor who said they would find out and call me back. No call back. Called again and the first person answering said they would go find a service advisor themselves and get an update and call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. Finally the 4th time, I was connected with the same advisor from the second call (Bao or Blao maybe?) he said he was bombarded at his desk and they were short handed. He said the tech was right by him so he'd get an update while I was on hold. He came back on saying the car was just done 20 minutes ago but they close at 6pm. I said Mikey had agreed to have the car done by 3:30pm. He said he would stay late so I could come get it if I needed it tonight. I said I was trying to pick it up before getting our two kids from daycare so we wouldn't have to pack everyone up to come get it. I said at this point I don't need it tonight and we can get it Saturday morning. I got a text from Mikey Saturday morning, "Good news your car is ready to come home." I replied yes, it was supposed to be ready yesterday at 3:30. I had to call multiple times for 3 hours just to hear that it was done right before closing. Mikey said he did have the car done the day prior by 3:30 like we agreed and he was sorry for the miscommunication. Upon pick up, he had discounted some of the cost and apologized again saying he's not sure what happened. I said if the car was done at 3:30, I was never notified that it was. He reiterated too that it wasn't the fuel pump like I had suggested which felt rude and unnecessary to say. I already know that, I'm the one that approved the repair and was in communication with you. It just felt like a "I was right" kind of comment.

I wasn't told that the pickup hours were only until 3pm, either in the morning or early afternoon. I was given a hard time about getting picked up at 4pm when I was ready to get my car. I had to insist on getting picked up since I didn't have another mode of transportation. You should extend your pickup window.
