First time meeting Jason. Pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. Even allowed me to use a photo of a coupon I had forgotten at home. When asked how long, I asked , about 90 minutes. He answered likely closer to 120 minutes due to a variety of reasons. I expected it was to underpromise and over deliver. He under estimated it by an hour. 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I don’t care if we are in Covid, out of Covid or well past Covid. Hire more help. You raised the price nearly 3x’s what is was only 3 years ago…

Set the appointment and clearly stated my coupon in the mail. Was advised to bring it. The technician or guy that took my vehicle was telling me that it will cost 20 more than the coupon. Then cashier made the changes but an overall disappointment. It took another cashier to have her give me 15% or 15 dollars off my service. From the advertisement to getting there was an F rated customer service experience. I understand inflation, seemed hard to honor the coupon. Will be thinking of other places to go in the future.

Sean was amazing. Please let him know that I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and support. I am, however disappointed in your dealership and overall inability to support customers. I do not blame any one individual but seems more of a leadership inability to lead. Luckily you have an outstanding staff. For 1.5 years I tried to buy a vehicle from you. I eventually tracked my own vehicle down and purchased from another dealer. It was very frustrating. And recently i was told that to have my car looked at by the service department I would have to let it sit for about a week on your lot. That makes no sense, appointments are to allow people to schedule a visit. Sitting on your lot waiting for a week is unreasonable. Seems a better estimate of timing would be way better customer service. I was also informed that you have no loner cars . I have a brand new car and my only option os to let it sit with you and rent a car???? This is unfortunate you have such poor leadership. Sean however was excellent to work with
