He went way beyond to help us with a radio glitch glitch problem. He determined it was not the fault of GM Cadillac but could possibly be an OnStar problem an how to access them to rectify it which I successfully accomplished all this whenI just came in for an oil change. Thank you Kevin.

The vehicle was supposed to be done in an hour to an hour and a half according to Oscar. I sat there for more than two and a half hours with no updates on the status of the vehicle from any one of the employees. Couldn’t find Oscar and had to rush the staff to get them to retrieve the vehicle. Not even sure if the vehicle was properly serviced as there was nothing said by the employees as far as what was done to it. Not a positive experience, especially from a “premium/luxury” brand service center. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
