Today’s issue was related to lack of staff I’m sure due to pandemic but service took 3 hrs & I requested no tire rotation or cleaning so it would be quick but still wasn’t. From past service experience, the service people said my tires were rotated every service but they’re not & it’s obvious from the pattern of wear. My car has 36,000 miles & I need new tires for the 3rd time & tires for Cadillacs aren’t cheap. I would like to be able to trust that the services I’m paying for are completed but sadly they’re not.

I’ve been waiting since 2019 to get my car detailed, since it was not at the time of purchase. I keep waiting extra time during service appointments, because they “are going to do it” & it never gets done.
Can you tell me what the psi is supposed to be for tires?
When I picked it up I had 39,39,39 & 41. I thought it was supposed to be about 37.
