Oscar Monroy has by far been the BEST Service Advisor that I have dealt with at MKB. He has excellent communication skills and always made sure I knew what was going on with my car repair. I will continue to bring my Escalade for serving at MKB and only ask for Oscar. I had one other advisor that I dealt with and he could learn from Oscar about customer service and how to interact with customers. Oscar is very professional and courteous and made me feel like I was his only client even though I know I wasn’t. He made the situation of getting my new engine from a nightmare to a breeze. I knew I was in good hands with Oscar and the whole process was as stressless as it could be. I trusted Oscar and knew he would get the repair done. Icing on the cake I got my Escalade back two days ahead of what he anticipated. Oscar is a true asset to the MKB Service Dept.

It took longer than expected… however I was finished in the nic of time to make my 12:00 appt. all my settings were off and I still need to figure out how to clear the “oil time..100%” off my dash. Not sure why my radio had a new setting…. I was there for an oil change..?
