Jared was very helpful and made sure that I was kept advised throughout the repairs. The only negative was that my vehicle was returned dirtier than when I brought it in so that was disappointing. Not Blaming Jared as stated he was great and will request him the next time I need service and he was gone by the time I picked it up.
