He gave me 1st rate service, and even called the delivery guys to expedite my getting the car back when he saw that i was waiting for 15 minutes to get my car back at the end of the day. He is an asset to your organization.

You sat on the part for almost 2 weeks without calling me to schedule an appointment. I had to call you. Made an appointment and Antonio's comment to me when I arrived was that it was perfect timing because both the part and the technician were there that day. ISNT THAT WHY I MADE THAT APPOINTMENT? It wasn't completed by the promised time. I made arrangements to pick up my truck after hours, then when I arrived no one knew anything about it and the keys weren't up front. I was told I was lucky that the service department manager just happened to be in and he could finish the paperwork. I'm never coming back. If I need anything I will find another dealership. This is honestly the poorest customer service I have experienced.

When we picked up our car I expected it to be at least washed/clean. Other luxury vehicles like Lexus washes our other car and even fill up tank every time we get our car serviced. I was disappointed not only that were not provided a loaner car but also how you guys just basically left our car dirty after you guys fixed it. Now
I wonder if every other Cadillac center offer the same
Kind of service. If yes, I would not recommend Cadillac cars or service to any of my relatives.
