Sean said we were leaking acid in our battery and it needs to be replaced. I told him i didnt want the battery replaced. The next day I had AAA come to replace the battery
AAA said my battery was perfectly fine. He printed out the diagnostic report and said I should show this to MKB. Its not the first time I have been scammed there.

This has been the most disappointing visit for service at MKB. 15-20 min. wait with just 2 cars in front of me; $640 to replace one headlamp bulb? That is ridiculous, I should have gone somewhere else for that. I’ve received better attention from previous service advisors, including getting the express pay option in advance, which didn’t get today, so ended up waiting also at pickup. Perhaps the effects of COVID-19.

Corky was great, he was able to set me up with a complementary Lyft ride to my house and back to the dealership after the maintenance was completed. I just was a bit frustrated when both Kevin and the other GMC Service Manager why it cost so much to replace both a door window motor and door opener latch for $650 on the same door opening it once, just seemed like too much to do both - but neither Service Manager made an effort to respond to my legitimate question... oh well, I always liked the MK Brown Operation.
