When I checked in, I was told the service could be done in 90 minutes. After one hour of waiting, I checked with advisor how was the service going, and I was replied that he would check with technician. After 90 minutes, I told the advisor that it already passed the due. Then I found the advisor just moved my car to start working! I made the appointment in advance, right?After I checked out, I already spent there for two and half hours. In comparison, it typically takes 30min to 1 hour for similar service in other places.
After the car work was done, no people told me it was done until I found by myself.
The package includes basic inspections. During check-out, I was just asked to pay. There is no report about the inspection results.
