I’ve been taking my cars to MKB for many years, but because of my recent experience with Robert as my service advisor, I don’t plan to return (unless there’s issues again with what was supposedly fixed). My past experiences with Merle and Kevin as my service advisors were very positive though.
I suggest yearly or bi-yearly customer service & professionalism training for Robert and other advisors like him.
