I chose to wait while my car was being serviced, knowing that a diagnostic issue might entail a significant delay. Corky repeatedly sought me out in the waiting room to keep me advised of the diagnostic results, the need to send out for parts, and the updated estimate of when the car repairs would be finished and how much it would cost. I was very satisfied with his frequent status advisories and careful explanations. He also provided me with a useful advance alert concerning the probable need for brake repairs before my next regular servicing.
