The complimentary car wash that was offered to was not done. We've been the a few times and that complimentary car wash only offered twice and each time forgotten.

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! I have been a loyal customer for years. I come here for the outstanding customer service and excellent quality of work. On this visit NONE of these qualities that I have been accustomed to were met. Service Advisor Antonio Chavez did an excellent job of listening and providing service information needed on my vehicle. On the other hand, service bay FAILED!!! I believe the service mechanic for some unknown reason forgot to work on my Yukon. That's the only reason I can think of, for me to leave my Yukon overnight. My last visit I had major service done and it took half the time it took on this simple oil change and brake job. Actually No brake job, come to find out the brake pads are out of stock. Keep in mind this information was given to me on the following day, all this time my vehicle was in your lot. UNSATISFACTORY!!!I hope you feel the same way.
