My service representative was nice. I feel over charged and while my car was under MKB custody, per the GMC app, 5+ miles was placed on my car with “hard accelerations” and “hard braking”. Why is it necessary to put 5+ miles on my car? I also paid for an alignment and it makes me wonder if while, my my car was being driven inappropriately, was the inconsiderate driver also ruining my alignment? I just paid $1500+ for service and expect a better product from MKB. It really makes me reconsider where I go for my next GMC service and purchase.
