Kathleen was not honest with me in regards to the status of my vehicle. I dropped off my car Friday morning with request of oil change, 2 recalls, faulty floor divid, rattle in dash etc.
After 10 days, the only item that was completed was and oil change.

I left my car at 8:00am to get an oil change and never got a call for when my car was ready. I ended up calling at 4:15 and it was ready and I ended up picking it up at around 5:15 after sitting in rush hour traffic. What a joke that it takes an entire day for an oil change. Never again!!

Called 1/23 to say we needed rekeying. Brought it in on the 25th. Asked to have it back by the morning on Monday 1/30 which I was told no problem since MKB is closed Sunday that realistically meant end of day Saturday 1/28.
Locksmith didn’t even come look at the truck until Monday 1/30. I finally got the truck back Thursday 2/2.
When I talked with the manager he said “nothing out of the ordinary” with that timeline and basically said “I don’t care about your business anymore or business from anyone that you know”
