I was not happy when I first came in last week, one of the other service managers completely ignored me, even when I said hello to him,this guy didnt even acknowledge my existence. But then Robert walked up shortly after and was fantastic. Robert is the only reason I will be back. He handled the situation extremely well and even turned it around and made it positive.
