I did have a young guy while I was leaving asked me where I was going, I was told to go out the side exit since the driveway was full, this guy asked me if I was in an ugly sweater contest, I was sure to win, not sure why, but a customer service meeting might be in order, there are some customers that might find this offensive enough to not come back, I will be back since I have always been very well served. The Escalade we brought today for service was just washed the same morning.
After service was performed on Escalade, we found that the windshield and rear window had water stains from technicians spraying water on the windows and did not clean it.
What was the reason to spray the water on front and rear windows?
I believe the service writer has great potential. He just skipped the part to inspect the Escalade before departure and failed to catch the error. Thank you! : )

Brought the car in for the transmission, it appeared to feel like the gears missed at times but not always. You know hit the gas and it should move faster. Well at times it revs. And you could tell but wow! Anyway I had other concerns as well the window going 1/4 up and back down on the passengers side until it finally goes up after 3-4 tries. The ac coming on with the heat I asked why. No response and no repair. The dealership HAVE NO CLUE!
Was sent a text message the car was ready went got the car found a ding in the passages front wheel panel. The passenger window was never looked at the problem never got fixed. The heat and air still comes on the same time and last but not the least. THEY SCREWED UP MY TRANSMISSION AND IM SEEKING AN ATTORNEY IF NOT CORRECTED. I was almost in an accident on the freeway because the car is driving like a stick shift. What the hell did these guys do to the car. Slowing down under 10 mph the car BRAKES AND APPEARS TO STOP LIKE A STICK SHIFT WHEN SLOWING DOWN. I took this smooth riding car in to find out why to get it back with the engine feeling like it’s about to fall out stopping hard and **** making crazy noises. I HAVE BEGUN TO BELIEVE THIS PLACE DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING AT TIMES. Most times!They destroy customer cars and act like they are professional.
Now has come time to go to GM with these issues as Marvin K Brown this dealer is the WORST CADILLAC DEALER IN THE WORLD! Reading all these bad reviews should have prompted management to do a sweep because the mechanic **** **** and have no clue what the hell he looking for on some of these cars. How in the hell these guys got jobs floor me. They do guess work and screw up people cars. I’m getting an attorney if this screw up is not reversed. On the paperwork it say they could not duplicate what I was concerned about so you screw with the car anyway and leave it in that condition! Worthless employees that needs to be replaced. These guys have been screwing up for a long time and being swept under the rug. From this point on I’m contacting GM about these horrible fixtures. Nobody test drive **** these days and will be the first to say it’s ready to go. I have the cash to purchase another caddy and wanted to get it at MKB but I don’t think after this visit, I will look in their direction. The worst Cadillac dealer in the world for service. People please go to other Cadillac dealerships these people here are a bit clueless to customer satisfaction.
