I had to wait 30 minutes for my car to be brought to the service drive after closing my account. Apparently, my key was put on the wrong hook. Very frustrating after a long day. But Larry Ramos was amazing, as he always is. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle.

The luxcare has left spots, Swirl marks and white marks on the interior of the car. I would like jared to call me so i can have this fixed. I am not very happy with my first experience at MKB.
