My scheduled appointment for an oil change had 13 people ahead of me. I didn't expect to be at the dealership for 2.5 hours. I understand that Saturday only had limited staff but assumed appointment availability would be based on staffing. Additionally, I had no idea that one of the oil changes done on my vehicle 2 months before a bought it counted as one of my 2 free ones. I'm sure it was written somewhere in the pages of fine print.

My wife took her 2018 Encore in for it’s first oil change. She pointed out to the service consultant about some slight body damage and told him that we had purchased 3 different extended contracts with our new vehicle. One of them is supposed to cover paintless dent repair.
The consultant said that he would get into contact with the company and then he would contact us to let us know what to do next.
Having been on my back recovering from surgery, this was my first opportunity to follow up on this.
It has been nearly 3 weeks since she took the vehicle in and we still have not heard anything from Marvin K Brown.
