I had an oil change with an appointment at 9:00 am. I left with a completed car at 11:50 am..... too long to wait. All service people very nice but the wait is just too long. The waiting room was beyond freezing... almost thought blankets should have been offered.... I love your dealership and have bought/leased many cars from you but today wasn't great.
Again... all people lovely but I just wasn't expecting to wait that long... and needs a winter coat.

When I chose to bring my car to the dealership to be serviced, I expect quality customer service. I have no complaints about my previous experiences at MKB. Today, unfortunately, I was unhappy with my service. I took my car in at 11:30 to have a simple oil change and tire rotation, and left at 3:30. I was told my car would be finished at 1:30. I was not notified of any delay and was not given any update on why the appointment was taking so long. In addition, the shuttle service app did not give an accurate time estimate for when I would be picked up, and I was again left waiting with no explanation. I am highly dissatisfied with MKB after my appointment today. If an oil change is going to take 4 hours, I would rather take my money elsewhere.

Car was in service for a over a week and still didn’t get everything completed. Brake lights apparently cost $800 per light these days. Also, at 72k miles the AC is completely shot and requires expensive repairs. And the dealership won’t honor a repair that should have been done when we bought the car. Additionally, the car was not washed as we were told it was going to be. We have bought at least 4 vehicles from this dealership, but apparently that does not translate to fair value at the service department. Also, apparently GM doesn’t make them like they used to, or at least they don’t stand behind their cars. We don’t feel like anyone cares about our interest in buying new cars from MKB or GMC.

We had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:30 am and were told that our car wouldn’t be done until the afternoon. Neither of these things should take that long, especially when we have an appointment scheduled. We did not stay to have our car serviced.
