Something happened to my truck and I was not told about it. There are a couple new dents on the tail gate, a brand new Marvin k brown license plate frame and a new trailer plug cover. I arrived early to my appointment and checked in with my service advisor who was on the phone. He asked me to wait in my car and would be right over. I waited for about half an hour until another service advisor noticed I hadn’t been helped and then offered to assist me with checking in. Customers that arrived before and after me were checked in. I don’t understand why my original service advisor failed to help me. Thankfully Rob noticed the error and corrected it. He was very professional and courteous.

It took 3 hours for Oil change , rather take it to an oil lube change and will take only 20 min; and price ...65 dollars ? Crazy , I have two Nissan cars and they change the oil and tire rotation for 40 dollars each in one hour and 10 minutes; don’t like service department at all, I just stuck to this because of the car ; had to pass this info to family and friends; not worth the huge amount of money spend for a nice car

I have never experienced service as awful as I have at Marvin I brown. Realistically, this will be my last General Motors vehicle. No loaner an area go at service manager that wishes to explain to me the reason that your service is so ridiculous. I see my plate holders were changed and I am now driving around providing advertising for your shorty dealership. My car is returned to me dirty and the bright spot is a parts manager who explains to me what the problem is while I try endlessly to get ahold of someone with you recorded greeting and no live person. No one and I mean no one unless that idiot has never experienced service by any other car maker would ever return to purchase a vehicle because your service center is the most ridiculous bunch of **** u have ever seen. I have had an Audi a Mercedes a bmw and a Porsche and I can tell you my husband wants a new car and it will it be a caddallac nor will any business of mine ever and I mean ever have the general as a customer you screwed me forbthe last time and my hurt feelings and dollars will absolutely be going slsebwhere. I arrived at 11:30 for my appointment. After they put a number on my car and a seat cover and floor sheet in my car, I was not helped for 30 minutes. I was standing there. I told another representative who was helping someone with no appointment that I had not been helped and he said oh your rep with be with you shortly but never checked to see if that was true. Then another man came by and asked had I been helped and I said no and he went off but never came back with help. Finally I went inside and stood there and finally I was asked if I needed help. He called the rep on the speaker system and he finally came to help. I was about a minute away from asking to speak to the service manager. People without appointments should not be serviced before people with a appointment I don’t care who the service rep is. No one seemed to want to solve the problem as people walked by me.
