I brought my car in early to be serviced on the brakes. Monday at about 11:00am I dropped it off to be serviced at 2:30pm appointment. I waited until I finally called I left a message to find out what happened and no one called me back. So Icalled several times till they said I'm sorry but the service department is closed. I thought that I would be picking up my car today. No one could say if it was done or not. I have never had such bad service from Marvin K. Brown before.

Larry was unprofessional when I checked in. When Jarrod called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready for pick up, he did not tell me of the recommendations made by the service technicians. When I picked it up, Jarrod wasn’t there to go over the findings. I asked the cashier and she said she had no idea about my vehicle but did not direct someone to help me. Not a good experience this time.
