This the second time I have had service neither time have I received a wash first time Just forgot this time trouble with machine other than that service has been very timely and good I will come back

Getting ahold of the service guy was impossible, he never answers the call and never retuned messages. I even had the operator go give my service guy a message and he still never called back. Service does not answer their phones and as a business owner myself, this is a HUGE problem... I actually had to drive to her dealership to get an update, this is embarrassing. When I asked the operator if anyone at service ever answers their phone she understandably acknowledges that it’s a problem she hears often. Still have issues with performance of transmission but continually am told that it has the latest software updates. Doesn’t change the fact that it CLINKS and LURCHES in lower gears.

I never saw Anthony, but got excellent service w constant updates on how long my car would take and Ralph went out of his way to get my cars oil change himself since he had dealt w recall problem. Someone else was supposed to change my oil but he took it on so I could leave sooner. I was very appreciative of his attention to a customer.

Brought the vehicle in spotless. It was returned to me with bird droppings ALL over it! When I exclaimed “what happened to my car?! I didn’t give it to you like this! The employee who brought it up said “It’s just bird poop”. Further he said “I can’t do anything about it - I’m by myself and other people need to have their cars brought up.” I drove a filthy car home - the same car I had detailed 2 days before. This was my first service experience with MKB - my impression: not acceptable- not professional!

I had an appointment at 11:15a and arrived at 11a. After meeting with Corky at 11:12a I went and sat in your lounge in the same chair for 3.5hrs with no communication or updates on the status of a routine oil change. Today I did not feel like a valued customer.
