I brought my truck in for a vibration issue back in May. Unfortunately the $314 fix didn’t solve the problem requiring this 2nd service visit. The problem was in the transmission, not the exhaust pipe as diagnosed on the 1st visit. Tony was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I’m just disappointed it wasn’t diagnosed properly by the Technician and repaired on the 1st service visit.

Service was good but took a really long time for an oil change and to replace the battery, not sure if its because it was covered under the warranty and i didnt have to pay for the service or thats just how it is, but it took about 4-5 hours for the service. Also they didnt wash the vehicle, i have had oil changes at other gmc dealerships and they wash the vihicle with the service which was awesome.

well to start off I tried numerous times to contact the dealer to get a quote on some tires and I couldn't get a honest answer. so I decided to set a appointment for a oil change only . so when I showed up I asked if a price I found for some tires could be matched . it was declined. I was not given a estimate receipt no oil change sticker was left of my windsheild . so I have to guess when my car needs to be serviced. and to top that off I get a email from you saying I never came to get my car serviced . I would think cadillac would treat their customers better but i was wrong
