While I was completely satisfied with the service and professionalism given by your team I was disappointed by the scheduling of the last two appointments that I had. I had originally scheduled an appointment for an oil change along with other things and when I got there I was not on the schedule on the tablet. the employee had to check his computer to see if I was on the schedule which I was. The next appointment I came to we were not on the schedule at all. This was strange because I had talked at length about the appointment and fixing my window, the courtesy car our warranty company was providing but we were still not on the schedule. I will continue to use your services but I would strongly recommend a major overhaul to your scheduling services.

Who ever is in charge of the Hand Car Wash should put pride into their work . I picked my car up and it looked like they just smeared the dust with a shop towel. I have a very dark color car so the proper towel to use would probably be a micro fiber towel?! Maybe so you don’t leave swirl marks ? And towel fibers all over my car like it’s shedding ?? It is a Cadillac Escalade ? It had hard water spots all over the back and front , smeared dust and swirls . Who ever is the “Hand Wash Person”, you get a F. Today I learned to NEVER get my car washed or detailed at Marvin K Brown . And if you do it will not be done with pride .
