You operate the most disorganized service dept I have ever experienced for a factory dealer. The phone center originally told me you do t service Cadillacs, you are a GM dealer. When I called your switchboard back you receptionist wanted to know why I called “King Service” whoever that is and couldnt seem to comprehend it was she who had transferred me over on the last call. Your receptionist then wanted to know why they would have said that (a question I was wondering myself). The actual service was a string of automated miscommunications. No one that works there answers a phone and they dont call back. Congratulations: you run the most **** up service center Cadillac sponsors in California and perhaps the US.

The oil change was fine; however, I was told the tire sensor would be $240 to replace due to “fix-a-flat” being discovered on the sensor. I then took the vehicle to Discount Tire where the sensor was found to be faulty and had no sign of any foreign material. Furthermore, the tires are relatively new and have not been repaired, so there could not be fix-a-flat on the sensor. I feel this was a faulty sensor that should have been replaced under warranty. I am not satisfied with the sequence of events.

While the front break and steering issues were fixed, the parking break issue was not addressed. I mentioned when dropping off my car that the emergency break was not engaging. I got home and the problem is still there. It does not hold and the brake light does not come on. Very surprising this this not get found on the multipoint inspection. Also, I was told when I made the appointment for my front brakes that it should take 90 minutes. After over two hours of waiting and not hearing the status of my car, I went out to see when my car would be ready. I had to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone, only to find out that the tech had finished the inspection and sent the findings but I had not been informed. Larry stepped in since Tony was clearly very busy. We got the work order in and he kindly arranged for me to get a ride to work, albeit an hour late. Perhaps you need more staff on a busy day!

We are far from satisfied. Our vehicle has been into your service multiples times and it still has not been fixed. You've kept it for weeks and claim you cant replicate the issue. Youve also claimed you've replaced parts to repair the issue you claim you haven't been able to replicate. Today I picked up my car and not only is it dented but there is a long scratch on it. My husband will address this with Kevin tomorrow. Its unfair to have to deal with this and the amount of my family's time wasted on driving you and out of your dealership is ridiculous. Worst experience
