Anthony was amazing and so helpful in getting my car serviced and ready for a road trip with my kids. I feel very safe once again when I drive. Also, when I returned our loaner, Anthony was with a customer so Larry kindly helped me. Later in the day my daughter started crying because she left in the loaner her favorite brush that belonged to her daddy now in heaven. So we rushed back to MKB and Larry said he’d make it his mission to find it, and he did! He searched the loaner and found it and my twins were ecstatic. Thanks a million, Larry!!!

Larry Ramos was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He brought me a cup of coffee to my car while I waited and was very warm. His service is what sold me on the dealership. Robert Congdon was my service manager and was also very friendly and helpful and communicated with me throughout the process.
The one thing I would change is that when I went to pick my car up, I was waiting for Robert and 2 or 3 other service managers walked by and no one asked if they could help, made eye contact or greeted me.
Again, Larry and Robert were exceptional.

Engine oil was not filled to the full mark on the dipstick. Advisor had to top off in the drive way, window washer fluid tank was topped off with clear water? Called in advance for an appointment, and was told it would be a two to two and half hour wait on the day I went in for service. Way waste time making the appointment! My service advisor did everything possible to take care of the issues after the oil change. I have no fault with the drive way service. The shop on the other hand seems to have low standards of quality control on the work they preform. My last service at you dealership had similar issue after my last appointment there.
