The service itself was great but the wait time for the past 2 visits has been very long. A simple oil change and tire rotation was explained to me both times as taking about 90 min. The first service took over 3 hours and this service about 2 and a half. It shouldn't take that long.

I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change. What is th repoint of making an appointment if you have customers wait so long. All customers waited that long. So ridiculous!! Take less appointments and make your customers happy. Also, I noticed other customers had their car washed... I didn’t. I don’t think I should have been treated differently. Worst experience ever.

He even noted that what I thought was a severe scratch on my car was actually a transfer of material from a truck that caught my mirror. He got some Simple Green and showed me how easily it came off.
