The lack of communication was abysmal until I talk to the management making the extended time without a vehicle worse. Greg and Stephanie made it slightly more bearable towards the end but having a service advisor with terrible communication skills and lacking in customer service makes me distrust a business that me and my family had been going for nearly a decade.

First of all, my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with Luis Castelan. Luis was doing his job the best he could with the parameters he had. My dissatisfaction regards General Motors Corporation and MKB inability to provide an efficient recall experience. Also I am not thrilled that MKB avoids providing a dealership email address.

I bought the car on March of 2022 at your dealership and it is still under manufacture warranty, I also bought service extended warranty for this car to ensure that my car will be well protective in case something goes wrong! I brought my car in yesterday, November 14 , 2022 for repair due to its air sensor pressure failed to work! I got there at 11:00 AM, 15 minutes before the appointment but did not get help until 11:30 AM! Luis told me that it would take about 1 hour for the repair to be done and I started to wait. At 12:40 PM Luis came and told me that the technician gone for his lunch and will be back at 1:37PM and it will take about another hour for the technician to fix my car! Around 3:00 PM Luis called me and said that I had to pay for the repair because it was my fault caused the air pressure stop working, he said that someone put water inside the tire! He also said that he found a nail on the tire and someone was trying to find a leak by using water and the water could enter the tire this way! I told Luis that I did seal the tire a few month back myself but did not use water to detect the leak, all I did was pulling the nail off and seal the nail hole, beside, even if I spray the water on the tire, the air pressure would push the water away from it and not **** it inside of it! My car problem did not fix! It was blame on me for the problem and most of all what is the meaning of all of the warranty that you promised and the extended warranty that I had to pay you? I was so disappointed and felt ripped off! Thanks for your time to read my comment!

I was really Please on how the process went. Alittle disappointed in the extended warranties we bought. I have never owned a brand new car. We didn’t buy my car through a dealership. It was a gift but it was right under the mileage cut off. So I came in and spent over $8000. Worth of warranties. I guess I misunderstood . I thought it pretty covered everything. When I read oil and filters. I thought it meant all filters. And it didn’t. So I didn’t plan on spending over $550. The ln the wireless charger doesn’t work . Need to be upgraded. The warranty covers everything but that. It’s another $700. That’s not in budget and that was a huge reason I wanted the car. But your office staff. Sandra, Chris and a supervisor I’m sorry I don’t know her name. We’re awesome my dad passed a few weeks ago they couldn’t have been nicer . Thank you
