You had our car for two days and we’re authorized to completely do any repairs necessary. Our car came back to us with a broken front passenger door lock tha will not lock or unlock electronically. It was not that way when we brought it in. Considering the considerable cost$2500 we paid and the allegedly complete check of the vehicle your service was disappointing

None of the estimates for the time involved nor for the price of the repairs were accurate. I have been using MKB for repairs and service for the past 11 years. During that time my Service Advisors were Larry Ramos and Corky Weeks both of whom I felt understood the repair process much better than Alicia Sanchez. I also felt that they worked hard to assure that I was given correct estimates and that the work was done on time. I felt that they acted more as advocates for me. On the other hand I felt that Alicia simply passed on information that she didn't understand. I was so displeased with the entire experience that I will likely not use MKB for any future repairs or when I purchase a new EV in a couple years.
