While I was very satisfied with Oscar Montroy, afterwards I noticed a problem with my headlights. Think it may be related to the microchips that were installed yesterday. But I an completely confident that the MKB technicians will find and fix the problem. I am not worried at all.

We were told the wait would be an hour to hour and a half it took over 3 hours to put a plug in the tire appointment or not that is rediculous to wait that long it took my husband to start approaching at 12:30 and the person to say oh I am finalizing paperwork now staff very friendly just aweful service experience

I made an appointment to bring my Cadillac in for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought the car in at 9:30 am. I was told by my service technician Alicia that my car would be ready at 12:30. At 12:30 I was telephoned only to be told that service was “backed up” and my car would not be ready until 2:30. I told her that was not acceptable as I needed to pick up my son from school and I had already waited 3 hours for my car. Now I was supposed to wait for 5 hours? When I arrived at the dealer at 1pm, I was told my car was not ready. My wife and I explained that waiting 5 hours for an oil change is ridiculous and Alicia just smiled and stared. She then told us that customers that wait at the dealership get priority over those who drop it off. So why bother make an appointment if I am going to be put on the back burner? This is is not the type of care I expect from a Cadillac dealership. We asked to speak to the service manager and she said she would call him. We waited another 15 minutes. My wife walked to the front desk and asked the woman to call the service manager because Alicia did not even make the phone call. Finally, my wife walked outside to go find the service manager herself. We finally spoke with the service manager and he was able to help us. Alicia was very rude and non accommodating and used her “power” to make us wait. She did nothing to help us out, no effort to find out the status of the vehicle. She just kept saying it will be ready at 2:30 and was going to make us wait 5 hours for our car. Not the type of care I would expect from a luxury car dealership.
