Texted and called Jason but got no response. Finally made reservation for oil change with someone else, female not sure of name! Then I got a conflicting appointment for Doctor. Texted and called Jason, again no response. Called main service number, got Greg, he assured me if I got there this afternoon I could get a quick oil change. Pulled up? Larry Ramos got me help immediately, Greg came to help and then Jason came and completed what needed doing. Jason has a ways to go to meet the expectations that Corky delivered!

I dropped off my vehicle for a recall. The only appointments for recalls are during the week during business work hours. They did not provide a loaner vehicle it was a disaster trying to get the vehicle there and picking it up. If it was a recall than a rental car should’ve been provided.
