My service advisor was fine. I will ask for him again. My issue is with your process. I arrived about 10 minutes early (per your electronic communication). Chris was busy with a difficult customer but the rest of your team explained to me that it is preferred that a customer stand around and wait until the assigned service advisor is available than to get someone else to take in a vehicle brought in solely for a recall repair. And yes, other advisors were available. Finally, 15 minutes later the manager directed my vehicle to another advisor. The process is a good idea but sometimes we must be flexible. We will try not to be early in the future.

Service Technician, Luis went above and beyond for my service. He was willing to work with my service requirements that I went and look ways to save me some money. However, I am a upset and disappointed when I came and pick up the car. The car was promise to be completed by afternoon of 25Mar2022. When I arrived after being dropped off around 1:00pm, nobody from the service department could tell me anything and it took at least 30 mins for me to talk to somebody. Around 3:00pm Service Manager approach me and introduce himself and called me my wife name (honestly do I look I have **** and have long hair). And to make it worst he did not even apologize after correcting him. And had the nerve to tell me to go do errands since the car was not complete yet and they are diligently working on it to minimize mistake, and it would be complete around before closing 6:00pm. So I walk and had a bite to eat at Wendy’s around the corner, coming back later around 4:00pm see that the vehicle is just seating close the parts department, it sat there for at least 45 mins before the service managers see standing next to the vending machine looking at the vehicle. Wave and ask if I want to wash the vehicle, I decline and just want to leave the place. For what reason does the vehicle need to sit there for at least 45mins specially if you know that the customers been waiting. It took 7-8 day to complete the work when I’m only being charge 16 hours, granted they did combine some of the hours to save me money and I am grateful since the work being done are items being remove and close proximity to the work. 8 hrs per day and you times that 5 day is 40, to me it seem like the priority was more vehicle (low hanging and quick repair are being prioritize) to make more money since the dealership know my car ain’t going no where. Does it really take 4 weeks to complete work.
