Horrible customer service. Wasn’t looking for my truck to be fixed the next day but I didn’t get updates for at least three days after MY APPOINTMENT. You would think if someone made an appointment, your service team would look at the vehicle at the time of the appointment and figure out what’s going on with it and go from there. Also, I was supposed to have a loaner and didn’t get one so that’s great! Very **** customer service and my issue on my vehicle didn’t get fixed either “couldn’t recreate issue” ****

We drove almost three hours to have our vehicle serviced where we purchased it. The appointment was made and I confirmed three times that we would have a rental from Hertz to be able to drive back to Yuma AZ as you would need the car for several days. We find out once there for our appointment that there is no car for us to drive back home. We had taken the day off to make the day run only to have to wait at the dealership for 3 hrs to have the items that could be done completed so we could get back to Yuma. Two items are still not resolved and we have decided we will take our chances with another dealership to have the warranty items addressed. It was disappointing to see that when our car was brought out to us they didn't even bother to clean off the fingerprints and arm smudges all the back rear window. Its unfortunate that you can spend the amount of money we did on our Cadillac and have such poor service. Jason and Jade however were great and they both did as much as they could.
