I had a 9:30 appointment with Vanessa for an oil change and to check the air conditioner. Kept being told she would be with me shortly because she was with another customer. After waiting in line, and still in my car, another gentleman offered to start the paperwork for her. He actually checked my air conditioner and then wrote up the service papers and telling me that it would take them 2 days to check the air conditioner because they had to check If it was covered under my warranty that I paid for when I converted the car from lease to buy. I told them I couldnt leave the car for 2 days so he suggested I just do the oil change and talk to vanessa after she was done with the other customer. No one contacted me for 2½ hours, when the gentleman came to tell me it was completed. I never saw vanessa at any time that I was there during my 3 hour stay. So I could never check with her about the air conditioning problem. When I went to get close out on my paperwork and was told that I owed 124 dollars which surprised me as I thought I had 2 free oil changes when I repurchased the car
