Perhaps it was because you have a new computer system. I had an appointment for a simple oil service. Took 3 hours. I watched my car on a lift with the hood up for over 40 minutes. No one working on it. Usually. Your service is outstanding . Perhaps blame the new computer system. The bright light in this was Ramblin Diego. The Wheel car pulls to the left after the wheel alignment. For the brakes it seems that I have to use extra force to push down before the car stops. The pedal is not high and seems spongy.
